Lois Loontjens hosted a dinner for the QuEST Fellows and their mentors.  Over chili and bread, we met one another and discussed what everyone hoped to get out of the mentoring relationship in the coming year: explore Seattle, discuss a common love of architecture, watch movies, learn about working in a non-profit world, and how to build a life based in activism, share spiritual journeys, and develop intergenerational friendships.

Mentors from University Friends meeting and others involved with QuEST are matched with a QuEST Fellow for a two year opportunity for mentorship.  The expectation is two hours a month, but it can be matched to meet individual’s needs.

We wish each one can develop into a deep and fruitful friendship!
